The School Bell

The school bell

When the bell rings,

The whole school sings.

Forgetting about the bus

And then having a fuss.

Some play with water,

And others sit near the gate like a potter.

Some risk their lives by playing behind the door,

While others buy books from the store.

Many wait near the gate for their parents' car,

And lots go to the canteen to buy a choco bar.

Some children start to play with rocks,

And few others ask the other students about their lost locks.

Isn’t there anything like the school-Bell?

After which the children enjoy so well.
