FIITJEE FEE PAYMENT/ FEE BREAK UP/REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY

1.        FEE PAYMENT

FIITJEE ANNUAL FEE IS PAYABLE INTO TWO EQUAL INSTALLMENTS OF 50% EACH.

·         1^ST INSTALLMENT BEFORE 9^TH APRIL 2011: 50% OF THE TOTAL ANNUAL FEE

·         2^ND INSTALLMENT BEFORE 28^TH MAY 2011 : 50% OF THE TOTAL ANNUAL FEE

2.       FEE BREAK UP (FOR REFUND CALCULATION)

ADMISSION FEE (AF)  - 10% NON REFUNDABLE (ALL THE TIME)

 COURSEWARE FEE (CF) - 15% NON REFUNDABLE (FULL COURSE WARE TO BE GIVEN)

PHASE 1 (P1)- 25% (APRIL 2011 TO JUNE2011)

PHASE 2 (P2)- 25% (JULY2011 TO SEPTEMBER2011)

PHASE 3 (P3)- 25% (OCTOBER2011 TO MARCH2012)

3.       REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY

Any phase payment will not be adjusted against other phases.

 A)           FOR STUDENTS ( ENROLLED AND  ATTENDING) FIITJEE CLASSES :

1.       IF PARENT LEAVES FOR GOOD (WITH RESIDENCY/DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE)

If there is a FIITJEE CENTRE in the relocated city in India, the student will be considered as a transfer case and will be given admission in the relevant program and balance of fee will be adjusted accordingly.

If the student is not interested to take admission, he/she will be refunded balance fees of balance phases minus 10% of total annual fee.

If there is no FIITJEE centre or relevant program in the relocated city, he/she will be refunded the balance fees of the balance phases.

2.       IF STUDENT CHANGES SCHOOL IN QATAR : If a student changes his/her school in Qatar then refund of fee is not applicable.

B)       FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED BUT NOT ATTENDED CLASSES :

If a student takes admission in the FIITJEE program but decides not to attend the classes, he/she will be given a refund (AFTER DEDUCTING AF) provided FIITJEE receives a written request a week before the commencement of the batch.

FIITJEE  FEE  PAYMENT  SCHEDULE

1.       LAST DATE FOR INSTALLMENT 1 ( 50% OF TOTAL COURSE FEE) TO BE PAID BY 9^TH APRIL 2011.

2.       LAST DATE FOR INSTALLMENT 2 ( 50% OF THE TOTAL COURSE FEE) TO BE PAID BY 28^TH MAY 2011.

NOTE :

1.       LATE FEE PAYMENT PENALTY OF QR 10 PER DAY WILL BE IMPOSED FROM 5^TH  JUNE 2011.

2.       AFTER 15^TH JUNE 2011, THE ADMISSION WILL BE CANCELLED IN FIITJEE CLASSES.

3.       APPLICATION FOR RE ADMISSION IN FIITJEE CLASSES WILL BE CONSIDERED TILL 30^TH OF JUNE 2011 AGAINST A FEE RECIPT OF FRESH ADMISSION FEE IN THE CONCERNED CLASS RESP.
