| The computer club in its recent meeting unveiled the
notion of Python programming language to its members on 24th August
2022. |

Python is a widely used high-level,
general-purpose, interpreted, dynamic programming language. Its
design philosophy emphasizes code readability, and its syntax
allows programmers to express concepts in fewer lines of code
than possible in languages such as C++ or Java.
The members
of the club were excited and interested as they were introduced
to the python programming language which was completely new to
them. They had heard of it before but never had the chance to
learn it. They learn about the distinct types of comments used
in a program and basic errors they should know about to get them
kickstarted on their journey of becoming a programmer. |

| To end on a joyous and exciting note, the directors
organized a Q/A session to make sure everyone is on the same page and
that their questions and concerns were answered. Afterwards, they
discussed the success of the computer club and how they plan to make the
next one even better. |
| The meeting was organized by directors of computer
club, Sushrut Patil, Varshaa Balasubramaniam and Keren John. The club
hopes to continue holding successful and informative meetings with
feedback from its members. All directors are grateful for constant
support from the school and teachers. |
