World Environment Day is one of the principle vehicles through which worldwide awareness of the environment is stimulated. This year, it goes under the theme “Green Economy: Does it Include You?” The agenda is about improving human well-being and social equity, while significantly reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities. |

Joining hands in this celebration are the children of Class-I, who enthusiastically made a wonderful card with a leaf impression on it, signifying our duty towards nature by planting and conserving trees, so as to combat pollution and natural disasters. Along with this they also coloured a picture on a wrist band which they wore to show their involvement in this cause. Even the bulletin boards reflected themes like Deforestation, Afforestation, Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, Air & Water Pollution, Global Warming, Plastic pollution, Save Marine Life and Save Endangered Animals. |
