| Qatar Debate held an online workshop on ‘Motion Analysis’ on 7th
February 2023 for various schools of Qatar. DPS Modern Indian School
students Archit Chhikara, Aryaman Adhlakha, Aaryan Sujith, Gargee Vivek
Kanade, Nandini Devang Pathak, Ziya Fathima Rasik, Ahaan Gupta, Ayaan
Ali Shaikh, Mukunth Madhavan along with their coach Ms. Jaya Majumder
participated in the learning session. |

| The detailed explanation of Mr. Pragya Acharya helped the debaters
comprehend the subtle difference among various motions like ‘This House
Believes That…’, ‘This House Would…’, ‘This House Supports….’, ‘This
House Regrets….’, or ‘This House As….’. The debaters even got an
opportunity to comprehend different viewpoints on a single motion. |
| This interactive session was really educational, engaging, and
enjoyable which surely would help young debaters in preparing themselves
for future debates. |
