MANDATORY DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ADMISSION FOR:

a.)  For Class I – XII

1.)   Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.

2.)   Copy of report card of last class attended from the previous school. 

b.)   For Class IX to XII

1.) Migration certificate only if the child comes from other board / curriculum (applicable for students taking admission to XI & XII).

2.) The parent has to submit a letter stating the reason for shifting to the new school in case of MID –TERM Admission (XI to XII)

3.) CBSE Registartion number / card in case of MID- TERM admission to class IX- XII.

4.) A copy of father’s job Transfer Order or Offer Letter given to him by the company in Qatar has to be submitted          (IX-XII).

c.)   For Class Nursery to Class V

1.)   Self - attested copy of birth certificate.

6.)   Copy of mother’s Resident permit.(QID)                  

7.)   Copy of Health card / Health Insurance.                   

8.)   Copy of blood group report of the child.                 

9.)   Copy of Immunization card of the child.                  

10.)  3-Passport size photographs of the child.  

11.)  1- Passport size photograph father and mother.
