A meeting was held on 15th June 2025 during the short break, involving the Commerce Club teacher in charge, the Directors of Commerce, and the club members. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the club' s leadership, clarify its objectives, and set the tone for the activities planned for the academic year.

The session began with the Directors introducing themselves to the members.
